If you are interested in a price, simply give the number of the item you are interested in., and I will try to get back to you within twenty-four hours. Purchases can be made by e-mail or by phone at (505) 890-1113. Payment can be made by personal check, PayPal or (via phone) Visa or Mastercard. Please e-mail at me at doris@doriswagnerjewelry.com. Return Policy Currently available jewelry that is not a custom order may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 10 days of the shipping date as long as the item is in its original condition, with no damaging, scratches, or marring of any kind. Please call me before returning the item, so that I will be expecting it. Any scratched, used or broken items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange unless the item was damaged during the original shipment or unless the flaw is due to my own error. Original shipping charges and possible credit card fees are not refundable. For your security, please return items with an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and retain your shipping receipt. I am not responsible for any item that may be lost or damaged in transit. Custom Order Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a flaw due to my own error. I guarantee that the item will correspond to the design and size approved at the time of purchase/order. Please note that all handmade jewelry may have slight imperfections and/or minor variations from an image on my website. This has to do with the nature of the craft and is evidence of handmade items.
